Stella Misse

Stella Misse is part of the famous Misse tango family with her siblings Andrea, Sebastian, Mariana, and Gabriel Misse yet a shinning star in her own light.
She begun studying Argentine folk dance at the age of 5 and from the age of 7 she begun her studies in Argentine tango together with her siblings, with Maria and Carlos Rivarola, Miguel Angel Zotto and Osvaldo Zotto. As a young girl she frequented the milongas with her family where she danced and learned with great milongueros such as Osvaldo “Cachito” Mantegaza, Ernesto “Pupy” Castello, Pedro “Toto” Faraldo.

Since her childhood she has been giving performances in the most legendary halls, along the side of the greatest tango figures of the 80s and the 90s. From the age of 17 she begun to work in tango shows in Buenos Aires. She has been in “La Cumparsita”, “Tango 1921”, “Museo Casa Carlos Gardel Tango” and TANGOX2 by Miguel Angel Zotto.
She has participated in major festivals around the world to replace her sister Andrea Missè during her pregnancy, in 2009. In 2010 she returned to Buenos Aires to rejoin the cast of “Señor Tango” until 2013, picking up from when she left in 2009. In 2013 she remained in Buenos Aires giving privet and group classes but also participating in mostly local performances. In 2014 she travels to Russia and Australia for workshops and demonstrations but also to participate in “Sidney Tango Festival” with her brother Gabriel Missè.
She toured in Corea, China, Italy and U.K during 2015/16. In 2016 she was invited to dance at the Kremlin, in Moscow.

Kostas Nikolaidis

Kostas Nikolaidis is the founder of Baile de Barrio Dance Studio in Athens, where he teaches Tango, Milonga and Tango Vals. He is principally influenced by his 9 visits to Buenos Aires, where he studied the historical evolution of Tango and was initiated by the most acknowledged maestros such as Osvaldo Zotto, Miguel Angel Zotto, Silvio LaVia, Sebastian Missé y Andrea Reyero.

In 2004 he made his debut in the 2nd “Association of Greek Choreographers” Dance Festival and since then, he continues to spread the word of Tango through choreographing for stage, participating in series of show performances, while he has been the organizer for three of the most significant milongas in Athens, where the most pronounced couples of the global tango scene have been hosted (Miguel Angel Zotto-Daiana Guspero, Gabriel Misse-Alejandra Martiñan, Silvio LaVia-Michelle Castro, Sebastian Misse y Andrea Reyero, Samantha Dispari-Roberto Zuccarino e.t.c ).

The last few years, he has danced with famous argentinian partners as Analia Centurion and Stella Misse and has participated in numerous festivals and theatre performances.

One of his most significant moment as it stands of today, is his participation in “Sunny Tango” Festival 2013 in Crete, where he danced for the first time next to his greater idol, Miguel Angel Zotto. Zotto’s inspirational character is what had triggered Kostas to begin to dance the Tango, at the first place.
